Providing information is voluntary. However, we need a reply address to answer you and sufficient purchase details to locate an order. We do not ask for your worksheet answers. Please avoid sending sensitive health information, passwords, or full card details.

2. Browsing and the cart

The sales page stores whether you have added the package to your cart in your browser. This selection stays on your device until you remove the item or clear the website’s stored data. It contains no name, email address, card details, or worksheet answers, and the page does not send this selection to us.

We have not added advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or an account registration form to these pages. The hosting service may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, page requests, and security logs to provide and protect the service. The host’s own sign-in or service features may use cookies under its policies.

3. How information is used and shared

We use information to handle your request, resolve issues, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information, or use a support email as permission to send unrelated marketing.

Our service providers process information needed to provide hosting and email. This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites, and support email is handled through Gmail. Their practices are explained in the OpenAI Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy. Information may be processed outside Malaysia where those providers operate. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud or protect legal rights.

4. Retention and protection

We keep correspondence and related records only as long as needed to handle the request, resolve disputes, or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Information is then deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed. We limit access to people who need it for these purposes and use reasonable safeguards; no online service or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.

5. Your choices and rights

You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or object to direct marketing. Depending on applicable law, you may also request deletion or a copy of your information. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the request is yours.
