What the guarantee covers

The guarantee covers the ebook and its eight sets of fillable and printable PDF worksheets purchased together from Mind Unlooped. The refund is the full amount paid for that package. Downloading or opening the files does not remove your eligibility.

How to request a refund

1. Email themindunlooped@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of purchase.
2. Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase so we can find your order.
3. Tell us you would like a refund under the seven-day guarantee. You do not need to send your completed worksheets or personal answers.

The seven-day period is the deadline for sending your request, not the time by which your bank must display the refund.

After your request

We will check the order details and confirm the refund by email. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.

If you cannot find your order number or have a problem accessing the files, email us for help. Do not include a full card number, security code, or password.

Your consumer rights

This voluntary guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law. It does not remove any applicable remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content, including rights that may apply after the seven-day period.
