1. The digital package

You Don’t Have to Be Sure by C. W. Ellery is a digital ebook. The package also includes eight matching sets of fillable and printable PDF worksheets. No physical book or printed worksheets are shipped.

You need a device that can open PDF files. To type and save worksheet answers, use a PDF reader that supports fillable forms. You may also print the worksheets for personal use.

2. Price and payment

The current advertised package price is US$9.95 as a one-time payment. There is no subscription or recurring charge.

When checkout becomes available, the total price, any applicable taxes, payment options, and delivery details will be shown before you pay. The price confirmed for a completed purchase applies to that purchase; later price changes do not change an existing order.

3. Access and delivery

Digital delivery is not active on this website yet. Once sales open, follow the delivery instructions displayed at checkout and provide an accurate contact email where requested.

If you have trouble opening or accessing a purchased file, contact themindunlooped@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. See Support for the information that helps us investigate.

4. Personal use and copyright

A purchase gives you a non-exclusive license to use the supplied ebook and worksheets for your own personal use. You may save copies on your own devices, keep a backup, type your answers, and print copies for yourself.

The content remains protected by copyright. You may not resell the files, distribute copies to others, publish them online, or remove copyright notices without written permission, except where applicable law allows the use. Contact us about permission for group or commercial use.

5. Seven-day refund guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with the book, email themindunlooped@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of purchase, including your order number, and we’ll refund your purchase in full. Downloading or opening the files does not remove this guarantee.

The Refund Policy explains how to make a request. This guarantee does not limit rights or remedies that apply under consumer law.

6. Educational purpose

The ebook and worksheets provide general educational information for personal reflection and everyday decision-making. They do not provide medical or mental health diagnosis, treatment, or individualized professional advice. No particular result is promised.

7. Using the website

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person’s information. Information about personal data is in our Privacy Notice.

8. Changes and your rights

We may update these terms and will show the revision date on this page. The purchase terms in effect when an order is made apply to that order. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
