Help with an order or file

In your email, include the product name and a short description of the issue. For help with an existing purchase, include your order number and purchase email address.

For a PDF problem, tell us your device and PDF reader, and include the error message if there is one. If you send a screenshot, remove personal worksheet answers and payment details first.

Using your PDF worksheets

1. Download and save a copy of the PDF on your device.
2. Open it in a PDF reader that supports fillable forms.
3. Type into the answer fields and save the completed copy.
4. Reopen the saved copy to check your answers have been retained.

You can also print the worksheets and write your answers by hand. You do not need to send your answers to Mind Unlooped.

Requesting a refund

If you’re not satisfied, email us within 7 calendar days of purchase, including your order number, for a full refund. Read the Refund Policy for details.

Privacy questions

Use the same email address to ask about your personal information, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern. See the Privacy Notice for how information is handled.

Please do not email passwords, full payment card details, or sensitive medical information. We do not need these to answer ordinary product questions.
